  • Communication data: where you message other members via the Platform.

  • Transactional data: orders, invoices, payment-status metadata.
  • App permissions: e.g., notifications, camera, location, phone, media (configurable in device settings).
  • Insight data: analytics derived from your usage for improvements.

C. Information from other sources

  • Provide Services: account creation, listings, lead-sharing with other members (owners, renters, brokers, dealers, banks/NBFCs/agents), voiceovers in videos, relevant recommendations and search results.
  • Our marketing: offers/updates where permitted by you.
  • Third-party marketing (opt-in): share your interest details with partners so they can contact you.
  • Improve Platform & UX: research, surveys, personalization; we may track video interactions (play/pause/ mute) including via YouTube API services.
  • Fraud prevention & security: verification, sanctions screening, investigation of misuse/financial crimes.
  • Troubleshooting & recovery: availability, backups, disaster recovery.
  • Analytics operations: derive insights to serve you better.
  • Legal obligations: compliance, legal claims, safety, integrity.
  • Communications & support: respond to queries, implement suggestions, assist usage.
  • Grievance redressal: resolve complaints and issues.

3. Who we share your Personal Data with

  • Service providers & processors: vendors, consultants, verifiers, mailing and infrastructure partners, video voiceover providers—acting under contracts and required safeguards (may contact you overriding DND where legally permitted for service delivery).
  • Other Platform users: to enable connectivity regarding listings/interests (owners, renters, brokers, dealers, etc.).
  • Banking partners: banks/NBFCs and their authorized agents if you express interest (e.g., home loans).

We keep data as long as needed for Services or as required by law (e.g., disputes, accounting, fraud prevention). After closure or erasure requests, certain records may be retained per legal obligations. We may continue to use aggregated, anonymised data.

8. Third-party websites, apps & services

The Platform may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (e.g., YouTube/Google). Their data practices are governed by their own policies. Review their privacy terms and your Google security settings when applicable.

The Platform is not intended for children under 18. Any use by a minor must be under parental supervision. Do not submit personal data if you are under 18.
